Crystal Maids was the 4th company I tried, having been let down continuously from the previous ones. They were the first one’s to live up to their promises and regularly follow me up after services to check-in and make sure everything went well and to actively seek feedback. They genuinely seem to care about the customer and are responsive to all feedback- 10/10 for customer service and for going the extra mile on the job.
