Do you service my area?

We currently service all suburbs within a 40km radius of Melbourne. We can make exceptions though so please feel free to contact us.

What is included in a general cleaning?

Please see our 62 point checklist for all the tasks included on our general clean. If your home hasn’t been professionally cleaned within the last month, we highly recommend a deep clean on your first service. This allows us to get your home to our really high standard that we can maintain in the future.

How much will it cost?

We offer flexible pricing options. We do a flat rate for full home services and an hourly rate for partial home cleans. Please fill out our booking form to get a quote in just 60 seconds.

Do you bring your own cleaning equipment and supplies?

Yes, all cleaners own their own equipment and supply their own products. We do charge extra for our add on services that require green supplies or disinfectant cleaning. If you have any other special requests we will always do our best to accommodate them.

Can I request special tasks or extras?

Absolutely. When you get to the optional extras section of the booking form simply select the extras you’d like to add to the service. If what you are after isn’t on our list add your request to the general comments section and we will do our best to accommodate you.

How do I reset my password?

You can apply a coupon to a future appointment by logging into your account and clicking your name in the top right hand corner. You can then select “redeem voucher” and enter your code. The system will automatically apply the code to your next appointment. You can not apply your coupon to past appointment that are already completed.

How do I book my first appointment?

Simply select how many rooms your home has and hit the ‘schedule an appointment’ button. Fill out our booking form and it will all be done in 60 seconds! If you have any trouble please feel free to contact us.

Can I apply a coupon to an existing appointment?

Can I trust my cleaning professional?

Yes, all our cleaners go through a rigorous vetting process where they are interviewed face to face, then background and reference checked.

What happens if something goes wrong during my appointment?

Your satisfaction is our number one priority. If something during the service didn’t go to plan our 200% Satisfaction guarantee would come into play. We would continue to work to make things right and you wouldn’t be charged up until you were happy. If we still couldn’t resolve the issue, we would then look to refund up to the full cost of the service.

What is your 200% satisfaction guarantee policy?

Our 200% Guarantee represents our commitment to you. Should you have a concern with our cleaning service you have received, we will work with you to make it right.
Here’s the procedure:

  • Call us within 24 hours of your cleaning and provide us with details of your concerns and/or issues.
  • 48 hours grace period is given for Move-in/Move-Out cleans.
  • We will re-schedule the clean at no cost to you on the following business days. Our team will return to your home and address the areas of concern
  • After the re-cleaning, if you still have concerns regarding the clean, we will review your issues once again and if we are unable to address your concerns, we will fairly provide a credit or a refund to you.

Can you use green products on request?

Yes, for a small extra charge we do. Just select “green supplies” in the optional extras section on our booking form.

Is it okay that I have pets in the home?

Yes, you mustn’t have seen Nala our very own pet ambassador around the site. We are 100% Pet friendly. We don’t include cleaning up their funny business or clearing out litter trays ect as part of our service though.

Does end of lease cleaning come with a Bond Guarantee?

Yes, all tasks listed on our 62 point checklist as well as anything added by yourself or your agent come with a Bond back guarantee. If on the rare chance we do miss something just contact us within 48 hours of the service and we will reclean free of charge.

Do you do carpet steam cleaning?

Unfortunately we don’t have steam cleaning as part of our service at this stage. We have developed good relationships with carpet steam cleaners around Melbourne which we can help organise for you.

What is included in an end of lease clean?

Please see our 62 point checklist for the exact checklist we use on each service. All tasks are included besides what is listed in our Additional services. We find not everyone wants their walls and windows cleaned for example so this lets you customise your clean to your needs.

What is the difference between a General clean and a Deep clean?

A deep clean is always highly recommended if your home hasn’t been professionally cleaned within the month. We put a lot of extra effort and detail into those stubborn build ups in your kitchen and bathrooms and go into more detail all throughout the home. The general clean allows us to maintain this standard on a recurring basis.

Do I need to be home during the service?

Whatever floats your boat! If you need to be out, we can lock the door behind us or our clients usually provide us access through other means, whether that’s through a lockbox or code entry.

Do you clean balconies?

Yes, we do include this as an optional extra that you can add on to your service.

Do you have discounts for regular clients?

Yes absolutely! We give 10% discounts off for our weekly and fortnightly clients and 5% off for our monthly clients.

Do you do laundry?

Yes, you can select this in our additional services. Please note we only wash and dry laundry if you have the equipment on site.

What is the difference with disinfectant cleaning?

Our disinfectant add on service will cover the same tasks on our checklist with more of a focus on high touch point areas. Eg Light switches, hand rails ect. We will also use hospital grade disinfectant to kill germs on surfaces, really reducing or stopping the spread of virus and disease.
