Really great to deal with, were literally on my property in less than one hour of me calling them. Very punctual with SMS updates along the way confirming the booking, arrival times etc. Nabil was extremely polite, thorough at his job and friendly. He ensured I was happy with the service prior to finishing and leaving, which in fact I was. Would recommend to anybody.

Crystal Maids was the 4th company I tried, having been let down continuously from the previous ones. They were the first one's to live up to their promises and regularly follow me up after services to check-in and make sure everything went well and to actively seek feedback. They genuinely seem to care about the customer and are responsive to all feedback- 10/10 for customer service and for going the extra mile on the job.
