    Crystal Maids is aware that the advice surrounding the Coronavirus (COVID-19) is forever evolving. Due to this we are constantly making changes to the way we work to ensure we are doing all we can to keep our cleaning teams and customers safe.     20/07/2021 – 7 Day Lockdown Extension Announced

    Please note that as of 11:59pm tonight, there will be an extension of the lockdown of Melbourne for 7 days due to the recent COVID outbreak. Unfortunately, this means we will need to skip all non-essential cleaning services until the lockdown ends, which is expected to be 11:59 on Tuesday 27th July.

    It’s unfortunate that we have come to this however we are hopeful that the governments quick and decisive action will prevent further spreading of the virus so we can get back to normal again soon.

    Essential cleaning services are ones provided by NDIS, TAC, commercial cleans and move out cleans. If you have a non-essential service, please check your emails for updates.

    If you urgently require your service for health reasons and are able to provide proof of this immediately, please contact us and we will restore your service, otherwise, please sit tight and hopefully we will be back to normal in no time.

    If your regular cleaning service falls within Wednesday 21st July to Tuesday 27th July inclusive, it will be skipped. Your next service will fall on the normal scheduled date and please expect a cancellation email for your service(s) in the next 7 days. If you have a one off service, you will receive a cancellation email. We will try our best to reschedule to the following week.

    Our team will be working hard to organize our system and skip the bookings, so please be patient while we do this and do not be alarmed when you receive a cancellation email. We aim to have our booking system fully up to date by 5pm this evening.
